FAKE DOCTOR INFECTS AT LEAST 33 PEOPLE WITH HIV

WHAT'S THE DEAL?

33 people in Northern India have tested positive for HIV after a fake doctor allegedly used a tainted needle while treating them.

 Rajendra Yadav would often visit his patients on foot or by bicycle to treat them. Yadav would treat a range of conditions for just a few cents, citing an overburdened health system that is too costly for most Indians. Yandav has been arrested by police in Bangarmau and will be charged on Thursday for spreading dangerous disease, attempting to commit culpable homicide, and for impersonating a doctor.

WHAT CAN WE LEARN?

Getting medical treatment by cents on the dollar from someone that shows up to your home by foot is probably not the best decision.

 WHATS UP?

The DOW fell 100 points to start Wednesday, but has bounced back with a 200 point gain.

The bulls have newfound hope that the market has found a bottom after massive selling in recent days. Analysts believe the the fundamental backdrop looks solid.
